M&H Founders
M&H Foundations, Inc., was established in 2010 by attorneys, W. James Moore and Marc D. Hawthorne of MOORE & HAWTHORNE, LLC. The foundation was founded for purposes of scholarship and community service.
M&H Client Achievement Scholarship
Since 2010, M&HF has awarded more than 25 M&H Client Achievement scholarships to deserving high school senior entering college. Scholarship typically ranging from $2500 to $5000 per student.
Service & Events
In addition to its scholarship programs, M&HF promotes service through the Atlanta metropolitan area. From hosting and sponsoring a holiday dinners for senior retirement homes to supporting a girls group home. M&HF goal is to seek areas of service often over looked by other organizations.

Families First Fund
During COVID, M&HF provided Families First Funds grants to assist families facing hardship due to the pandemic. More than 25 grants were awarded.
Back 2 Books Bash (B2BB)
M&HF’s annual Back 2 Books Bash (B2BB) event provides loaded book bags at area elementary schools. The event includes, food, games, haircuts and hair braiding and payment of after school care for parents in need.
